1. In these conditions:
1.1. The ‘Seller’ is Clwyd Welding Services Limited of Unit 6, Hawarden Industrial Park, Manor Lane, Hawarden, Deeside, Flintshire, CH5 3PZ.
1.2. The ‘Buyer’ is the person, company or body placing an order with the seller via the website either directly or indirectly with intent to purchase goods and/or services as described on the website.
2. How to Order
You can order products displayed on this website.
2.2. Once you have placed your order, we will email you an order acknowledgement. The fact that you have received an email confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.
2.3. In submitting an order, the ‘Buyer’ acknowledges that all information and specifications relating to the products are approximate and the limitations of monitor capabilities and printers means that the colour of products shown on the website may vary.
Any prices shown on the website or quoted are in British Pounds Sterling (£), excluding VAT and delivery.
3.1. Whilst every step has been taken to ensure that the prices are correct, we will validate the price as your order is being processed. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price shown on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after your order. If this happens, we may offer you an alternative product or you can cancel your order for a full refund.
3.2. All quotations given by the ‘Seller’ (unless otherwise agreed in writing) are subject to withdrawal and alteration without prior notice and do not constitute an offer to supply goods.
3.3. Goods supplied against an order via the website will be charged at the price and date of dispatch. Prices unless shown do not include the cost of delivery and Value Added Tax which must be paid by the ‘Buyer’ unless stated otherwise.
You can pay by credit/debit card.
4.1. To ensure the security of your details they will be encrypted and transmitted over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us. The prices displayed are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and any orders placed will be debited in British Pounds Sterling (£)
5.1. Delivery of goods will be arranged by ourselves and charged at our current Postage and Packaging (P&P) Rate which is shown clearly below. If your delivery address is outside the UK Mainland, please contact us for details of the delivery charge.
5.2. UK Mainland excludes Northern Ireland for all deliveries and certain mainland postcodes for palletised items. Please contact us for more details.
5.3. The delivery address will be requested when the order is placed. If the ‘Buyer’ does not take delivery of the goods or give adequate delivery instructions then we may store the goods until actual delivery and charge the ‘Buyer’ for reasonable cost of storage (including insurance). We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or deuteriation of goods during storage.
5.4. All goods received from the ‘Seller’ via a courier must be signed for as unexamined and shortages and defects must be advised within 3 days of delivery (or collection). The ‘Seller’ shall not be responsible for any consequential loss or charge other than the replacement of defective unused goods.
5.5. GB Mainland orders. Excludes Postcodes DD. PH, AB, IV, KW, PA 20-41, Highlands & Islands. Please contact us if you require delivery to these locations. All orders OVER £75 (excluding VAT) are delivered FREE of Charge. For orders UNDER £75 (excluding VAT) a delivery charge of £5.95 plus VAT will be added. Delivery is by courier. If your order is placed before 12pm then the items will be dispatched the same day. Delivery is usually 1-2 working days. A signature is required for courier deliveries, please arrange for someone to be available to sign for the item(s) at the delivery address. In the case of heavy items, you may be required to assist the driver with offloading goods. If you are unsure about the delivery method, please contact us. All orders will be packaged and dispatched either the same or next working day, depending on when your order is placed. We will do our best to get the item(s) to you as soon as possible. We aim to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied every time you place an order with us, but there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. We aim to keep this process as simple as possible.
6.1. The ‘Seller’ will accept the return of goods only if they are unopened, in their original condition and returned within 7 days. In such circumstances the ‘Seller’ will refund the invoiced cost of the goods supplied, less the delivery costs incurred when sending the goods. The ‘Buyer’ will be responsible for the item or items until they reach the ‘Seller’.
6.2. For the protection of the ‘Buyer’ the ‘Seller’ suggests a secure delivery method is used that requires a signature upon delivery.
6.3. If the ‘Buyer’ is returning an item because of an error on the ‘Sellers’ part, the ‘Seller’ will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending them. Otherwise the ‘Buyer’ will be responsible for those charges.
6.4. To return an item, please contact us by phone on 01244 531667 or email email@example.com. In receipt of return authority wrap the item securely enclosing a return note, giving reason for the return. All returns should be sent to Clwyd Welding Services Limited of Unit 6, Hawarden Industrial Park, Manor Lane, Hawarden, Deeside, Flintshire, CH5 3PZ.
6.5. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.
6.6. All refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation of order.
Please Note: Any bespoke items cannot be returned unless defective.
This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

7.1. We acknowledge any complaints within 5 working days and will provide you with a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. The ‘Buyer’ will be kept informed of the progress of any disputes. All complaints will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
7.2. We welcome any feedback so please use the online form to inform us of any services you feel we need to improve.
The ‘Seller’ is committed to protecting your privacy.
8.2. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Warranties are a direct service between the purchaser and the UK agent or manufacturer for the brand, rather than the retailer.
9.1. Warranty terms are set out in the product manuals or warranty information supplied with the goods. Whilst Clwyd Welding Services Limited will facilitate the communication with the warranty issuer, decisions made regarding the outcome of a warranty claim are out of our control. 9.2. Clwyd Welding Services Limited will seek a fair resolution for the customer in all instances.
No variation in these terms will be permissible unless signed by a director of the ‘Seller’.
